Inside the Evolve Fight Team
All 3 fighters have been training very hard in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Boxing. They have also undergone the professional level FightShape Program for strength and conditioning. Brian, Zoro, and Arthur have been training 2-3x a day for the last 8 weeks and are in fantastic shape.
The rest of this week is dedicated to light training and working over the details of each game plan. All 3 fighters will make their fight weight without any problems.
