Gracie Breakdown – Georges St-Pierre
We are now less than 24 hours away from UFC 158, which
features the epic welterweight showdown between Georges St-Pierre and Nick
Diaz. In anticipation of this
awesome fight, the Gracie brothers, Rener and Ryron, have released an all new
edition of the Gracie Breakdown.
This time they look back at the legendary trilogy between St-Pierre and
Matt Hughes. In particular, they
revisit the armbar St-Pierre used to defeat Hughes in the rubber match. There is no doubt that St-Pierre has a
strong ground game, but Nick Diaz is known for his ability to attack and finish
opponents from his back. This
makes for a very interesting fight.
