DARE Fighting Championship!
The Evolve Fight Team has been invited to compete at DARE Fighting Championship on June 25, 2011 in Bangkok, Thailand. DARE FC is the first major pro MMA event in Thailand. DARE Fighting Championship has some big plans in growing the sport of MMA in the region.
BJJ Black Belt and World Champion Zorobabel Moreira (3-1) from Evolve MMA will be fighting against Ferrid Kheder (18-5), a well-known professional MMA fighter with over 18 victories. Kheder is an Olympic Judo Black Belt with heavy hands. Kheder is a member of the Wand Fight Team, PRIDE FC Champion Wanderlei Silva's fight team.
Brian Choi (4-1) from Evolve MMA will be facing off against Sebastien Garguier (8-6), an experienced MMA fighter from France. Garguier also currently trains out of Las Vegas on Wanderlei Silva's Wand Fight Team.
The oddsmakers have both Zoro and Brian as heavy underdogs against their more experienced opponents. Both fights are expected to showcase some explosive MMA action and are not expected to go the distance. It's going to be a super exciting night of fights. And the Evolve Fight Team expects to cement its reputation as Asia's top professional fight team!
