huge win at UFC Fight Night this week.
Coming into the fight Rafael was riding a 4 fight win streak in the
UFC’s lightweight division and sitting at the number 10 ranking in the
division. By defeating the number
6 ranked Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, Rafael extends his win streak to 5 and makes
a strong case for a rise up in the rankings. He is now knocking on the door of a UFC title
shot. The lightweight division is
widely considered to be the most talent stacked division in all of the UFC, and
Rafael has proven that he belongs among the very top lightweight fighters in
the world.
