Wrap Up for ONE FC: War of the Lions
Nearly 2 weeks later and the dust is finally settling on the historic ONE FC: War of the Lions. For the 8,000 fans at the sold out Singapore Indoor Stadium and the countless fans around the world tuning in via the YouTube live stream, it was an epic evening of competition that will not soon be forgotten. From the opening bell until the closing bell, the fans were treated to a world-class display of mixed martial arts featuring non-stop action. Over at Evolve MMA, it is back to business as usual with everyone training hard and constantly improving. As has come to be expected from ONE FC, there was little time spent basking in the success of ONE FC: War of the Lions before we were hit with more monumental announcements for the future of the Asian MMA scene. In order to accommodate a bigger stadium, ONE FC: Destiny of Warriors originally set for May 26th has been rescheduled to June 23rd. Get ready for another stacked fight card. Continuing on their quest to turn MMA into the biggest sport in Asia, ONE FC has also announced that it will be holding the largest Asian MMA Summit that the region has ever seen on June 1-3 at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. These are truly exciting times for MMA in Asia, and it has only just begun.
