The Biography Channel’s Helio Gracie Documentary
The Biography Channel recently commemorated the incredible life of the late Grandmaster Helio Gracie with this excellent documentary. Born as a poor, frail, and sickly child in Brazil, Helio Gracie rose to become one of the greatest fighters and martial artists of his generation. As one of the founders of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grandmaster Helio forever changed the world of martial arts, and gave birth to what can only be described as one the greatest martial arts families the world has ever seen.
