A Wonderful Story!
Richard Wee (or Papa Rich as he is affectionately known at Evolve!) is an inspiration to all of us in the Evolve Family. A 58 year old retiree, he came to Evolve about 2 years ago as an overweight and out of shape executive. Since then, Papa Rich has lost 25 kilos of fat and 7 inches around his waist! Today, Papa Rich is in the best shape of his life. His contributions to the Evolve Family are enormous in terms of his continuous support of the students, instructors, fighters, and staff at Evolve. Congratulations to Papa Rich! Keep up the hard training!
