A Portrait of BJ Penn
This weekend BJ “The Prodigy” Penn will make his return from
a very brief retirement to face off against rising star Rory MacDonald. Although only 33 years old, Penn has
already cemented his legacy in MMA.
He is a former two-division UFC champion and the first ever non-Brazilian
winner of the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship. Yet, in true martial artist fashion
BJ Penn believes his journey has only just begun. He believes his prime is yet to come, and is still in
pursuit of the perfect fight.
