UFC 153 Preview: Silva vs. Bonnar
Any time Anderson Silva steps inside the UFC Octagon, it is
an event not to be missed.
He is undoubtedly the greatest mixed martial artist the world has ever seen, and the opportunity to watch him perform is a true gift. This Saturday night at UFC 153 in Rio De
Janeiro, Brazil Anderson Silva will move up to the light heavyweight division
to face off against a very tough Stephan Bonnar. Silva comes in as the heavy favorite, as he should be, and will look
to further establish his legacy as the greatest pound for pound fighter in the
world.
It is worth mentioning that in Bonnar’s 11 year professional
career he has yet to be defeated by submission, TKO, or KO. Bonnar is as tough as they come, and
will definetly not be intimidated by the reputation of Silva. Silva is known for his devastating
ability to finish opponents, and it will be very interesting to see if he will
be able to do so with Bonnar.
