8 Days and Counting...
The Evolve Construction Team reports, “Construction of the gym is coming together. It is now slightly ahead of schedule. We just finished the initial work of the shower rooms. The flooring is also underway. Also, the Muay Thai ring from Thailand has arrived and will be assembled shortly. The MMA cage from the US is expected to arrive this week. We will be installing the 10 speaker sound system with 2 large subwoofers in the coming days. Next on the list is the build-out of the retail display cabinet and the reception area."
Muay Thai World Champions, Yoddecha Sityodtong and Nuengpichit Sityodtong, will be arriving to Singapore later this week! They will lead the Evolve Muay Thai Program with Chatri Sityodtong and other members of the legendary Sityodtong Gym in Thailand.
In other news, Evolve has just hired 2 more instructors. David Witkowski from the US has joined as an Assistant Instructor for Wrestling. David has over 9 years of wrestling experience and more than 200 matches to his record. He will be helping Elbert Bailey with teaching the Evolve Freestyle Wrestling Program. Bernard Lee from Canada has joined Evolve as an Assistant Instructor for Muay Thai. Bernard has 8 years of Muay Thai experience and was most recently a Semi-Finalist in the US Nationals for Muay Thai. He is a skilled technician with solid fight experience. We are thrilled to have both David and Bernard join the Evolve team. Welcome aboard, Dave and Bernard!
